Chuck Berry took the blues, blended it with country music, and attached lyrics that perfectly captured the trials and tribulations of growing up in the USA during the 1950’s. His stunning sound was a major influence on The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, and his potent musical mixture had an enormous effect on 20th Century popular music, continuing to this very day.

The incredible band paying tribute includes leading Sydney musicians Jeremy Edwards (guitar – Liza Ohlback, “Pearl – Janis Joplin”, Glen Cardier), George Brugmans (drums – Ray Beadle, The Detonators), Adam Pringle (guitar – Mitchell Anderson, Rob Susz), Benny Edwards (bass – Ray Beadle), and Rob Woolf (keys – Rob Susz, Declan Kelly) – all Berry devotees!
