In November 2013, Blacktown Workers Club were the sponsor for the local annual White Ribbon Breakfast and were the hosts for the event. Where along with the local police and domestic violence support agencies they continued to spread the word of awareness and need for change.

In 2014 the Blacktown Workers Club relationship with the White Ribbon Foundation has grown even stronger, In August Mr Neale Vaughan as a member of a team was a participant in the City2Surf with his goal of creating further awareness for the White Ribbon Cause. The team raised over $16,000. Neale Vaughan has now received the recognition of his great work and has been given the title of a White Ribbon Ambassador. Furthermore, in August the Blacktown Workers Club became participants in the White Ribbon Workplace Programme where they are working towards receiving accreditation to become a White Ribbon Workplace.
