- CLUB ENTRY & MEMBERSHIP

Patrons who live within a five-kilometre radius of the club are required to register a member or to be signed in by a current financial member. Those who live outside of the five kilometre radius are required to show valid photo identification. Membership is just $6 per year.
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian within the club at all times and if requested, proof of age must be shown. Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible for club membership.

The Blacktown Workers Club Group Annual Report is available to download from the website or you can elect to receive a copy of the report via post by notifying us in writing.
- PRIVACY POLICY

For the Blacktown Workers Club Group to consider your application, the Corporations Act and Registered Clubs Act requires us to obtain, display in the Club and in some cases make available, information such as your name and address. If you do not provide that information, we may be unable to consider your application.
The Club will deal with your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy. In particular, the Club may disclose your information to third parties under contract with us and we may use your personal information to advise you of the Club’s services, benefits and offers. We do not otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties unless required by law.
- RESPONSIBLE CONDUCT OF GAMING

Player Activity Statement Available Upon Request – members may obtain a player activity statement that shows their spending on gaming machines over a monthly period.
The Blacktown Workers Club Group offers a Voluntary Pre-Commitment Program for its members. It allows members to set spending limits on gaming machines for loss, time and turnover. For more information please ask our friendly gaming staff or contact BetSafe (link: https://www.betsafe.com.au/)

As a group of registered clubs, the Blacktown Workers Club Group is required by law to keep a register containing information that related to the management and financial administration of the club.

The objective of this policy is to ensure the safety of our members/ guests while visiting Club premises and compliance with legislative guidelines Food Safety Act 2003 and Registered Clubs Act 1976
The Workers Club Group welcomes members/guests to visit the Club to enjoy the range of family friendly services available. To ensure the safety of our visitors and in line with the Clubs Safe food protocols the Club prohibits the consumption of any food or beverage items on premises that has not been purchased within the venue.
The Club is unable to monitor the preparation of food purchased outside of the premises and can not ensure that is has been prepared correctly and safe for consumption.
There are a range of catering outlets available within the venue offering food items for your purchase. Should our guests have any special dietary requirements, our catering team members can provide assistance.
It is prohibited to bring on to Club premises (or consume) any alcoholic product which has not been purchased on Club premises. Any alcohol found on club premises which has not been purchased at the Club will be confiscated.

The objective of this policy is to provide an environment for all workers, contractors / members visitors where they have privacy and protection while utilising the services offered at the venue.
Scope
The Workers Club group prohibits the use of any cameras or recording devices in all toilets, and children’s play area within the club premises. In addition, the Club prohibits the use of cameras or recording devices within the gaming areas (internal area and external smoking area). Or within areas of the venue where the gaming areas maybe pictured in the background of any recording.
We ask that all who enter the club premises kindly comply with this request to provide an enjoyable experience for all our guests.
Failure to comply with this request may result in the device being confiscated until such time as you leave the club premises. In addition, you will be requested to delete any photos/ recordings which may have been taken in any of these above-mentioned prohibited areas.
We ask our member and guests to kindly report to staff, security or club management should they observe any cameras or recording devices being used inappropriately.
BREACH OF POLICY
The Club has an obligation to consistently apply and enforce this policy. Likewise, workers, contractors, members and visitors must comply with this policy.
Members/ Visitors who do not comply with this Club policy will be asked to leave club premises and maybe be subject to further action which may result in the suspension of membership, or exclusion from club premises.
Employees who breach this policy may be subject to disciplinary action which may result in the termination of employment.

The objective of this policy is to ensure the safety of our members/ guests and their children while visiting Club premises.
The Workers Club Group welcomes members/guests and their children to visit the Club to enjoy the range of family friendly services available. To ensure the safety of children and to provide a pleasant experience for all members/ visitors within the venue we ask that those members/ guests with children adhere with the following:
- Children and not permitted to run through the Club premises.
- Children are not permitted in over 18 restricted areas, including but not limited to, the gaming floor.
- Children are always to be accompanied by an adult / guardian and never be left unattended within the venue.
- We ask that all guests who visit the Club wear footwear at all times, this includes children.
- Children are not permitted to approach or order from any bar within the venue.
- Parents/ guardian are requested to always accompany their child/ children to the toilet and must remain within them.
- Children are welcome to remain on Club premises until 10.00pm after which they will be required leave with their accompanying parent/ guardian.

DRESS REGULATION
They maintain the high standard enjoyed in our clubs, we request the dress regulations be adhered to. The following is not permitted at any time:
No offensive clothing
No singlets
No untidy or dirty clothing
No footy shorts
No bare feet
No hats
No torn or dirty shoes
